| Bio: | Being a natural born redhead, I am genetically engineered to live in a bog... somewhere in the middle of Ireland. I also do not tan, but rather, burst into flame. I am a graduate from NCSU with a BA in Criminology. I am still trying to figure out exactly how that degree is helping me in my current profession, but I love my job so I guess it doesn't really matter. For those of you wondering what it is that I do, well, I manage a coffee shop here in Raleigh. I first started working in coffee many years ago back in Wilmington and discovered that it brings out a totally different side of me (the outgoing, friendly with everyone side). After graduating college, I threw my hat back in the coffee ring while I was trying to find work in my field. Things happened, promotions were made, and now I find myself with coffee as a career. When I am not at my store feeding the caffeine starved masses, I am a geek. I do not deny this fact, but rather embrace it. My geekiness extends into many realms: computers, video games, movies, and anime to name a few. My current gaming habits include (but are certainly not limited to) Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, Elite Beat Agents, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Okami, and City of Villains. My movie tastes are pretty wide and varied, something I blame on the time I spent in film school and various film classes throughout my life. When I am not slinging coffee, exploring pronoiac theory, or cracking out on video games, I can be found doing a few spots over at Ebolaville (http://ebolaville.blogspot.com/). Most of my updates are locked, largely due to working for a corporation. They really don't want people to be able to track down managers outside of their stores. Go figure.
